National Cuti Bersama Extended to Four Days
According to a joint decree (SKB) issued by the Indonesian government, Idul Fitri 2023 will be celebrated on April 22-23, 2023. The SKB also extends the national cuti bersama (collective leave) period for Idul Fitri to four days, from April 21 to 24, 2023.
The decision was made in consultation with religious organizations, including the Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah, which had previously announced that Idul Fitri would fall on April 21, 2023.
