The draw for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 took place on Monday, December 12th, 2023, at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.

The 16 teams that qualified for the knockout stage were drawn into eight pairs, with the first-leg matches scheduled for February 13-14 and 20-21, and the second-leg matches for March 5-6 and 12-13, 2024.
