ORLANDO, Fla. - Despite a balanced scoring effort, the Orlando Magic fell to the New York Knicks 117-108 on Thursday night. The Knicks, who were playing the second night of a back-to-back, were led by Julius Randle and Evan Fournier, who combined for 49 points. The Magic, on the other hand, were led by Paolo Banchero, who finished with a team-high 21 points.
The Knicks jumped out to an early lead, but the Magic were able to stay close throughout the first half. Orlando even took a brief lead in the third quarter, but New York was able to regain control of the game and pull away in the fourth quarter.
